Last Minute Chicken Sliders

So my husband comes home from work around 5 or 6 most days of the week. So I have all day (until then) to plan some sort of dinner (as well as clean, bake, laundry, and just hang out) (I NEED A JOB!) ha ha so I came up with this really creative, and very last minute dinner. I'm probably most impressed by this because we're far from a full fridge, we're in that awkward "Between Grocery Shopping Trips" and we have to get really creative.
So I just threw a big hunk of frozen chicken breast (or a couple little ones) into a frying pan, with seasonings, chicken broth, butter, garlic, and a splash of water.

I let the chicken cook thoroughly...

while I was doing that I opened a can of GRANDS country style biscuits and flattened them out (they are the buns for the sliders) I put butter on top and threw them in the oven for a good 10 minutes.

While the biscuts and the chicken were cooking I sliced some Roma tomatoes, peperjack cheese (Dylan's FAVORITE) lettuce, and pickles each on their own plate (so we could pile them as we'd like)

That's basically it, once the chicken is done and the b
iscuts are a golden brown start to assemble them. I also had the condiments out and ready, I didn't know what he would like so I had out all the stuff; ranch, mayo, mustard, dijon & Ketchup.

I snapped some pictures of the process and the finished sliders!
